Service areas: Mission, Pendleton, Pilot Rock, Helix, Adams, and Athena only. Rental Payments: A 100% down payment will be required to guarantee your rental date. Rental Days and Hours: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only. All units are delivered by 11am-12pm and picked up at 7-8 pm during the on-season hours, and at 6 pm during the off-season hours. Extra hours (up to 2 max) are also available at $50/extra hour. Closed Monday thru Thursday (unless you contact us to make arrangements - see outside business hours fee below). Included: Delivery, pick-up, extension cords, and hoses. Rental space requirements: Power and water hook-ups (for water slide only), level ground free of rocks, sticks, goat heads, and anything that can puncture or damage the unit.
- 14' Palm Tree Bounce House measurements: 14 feet tall and 14 feet wide.
- 13' Combo Bounce House measurements: 13 feet tall, 13 feet wide, and 26 feet long.
- 18' Blue Crush Slide measurements: 18 feet tall, 11 feet wide, and 32 feet long.
- 19' Orange Crush Dual Slide measurements: 19 feet tall, 16 feet wide, and 29 feet long.
- 21' Super Water Slide measurements: 21 feet tall, 13 feet wide, and 35 feet long.
- Please also consider an additional 3 feet for blowers for each unit.
- Access ways must be at least four (4) feet wide.
- Will NOT be able to move units up or downstairs, or up/down steep hills.
If requirements are not met, we will decline the setup. There is NO refund for this - please make sure the site area meets all requirements.
Weather Conditions: Rainy weather, winds 15mph or higher, and excessive heat temperatures of 110 degrees or higher will require cancellation or a re-schedule. A full refund will be available for cancellations due to bad weather.
Outside Business Hours Fee: In some instances, we may be able to accommodate inflatable rentals outside our normal business hours, which will require an additional $75 fee per rental set up. If you require special rental arrangements (business, school, church), please let us know right away.
Refunds: We require at least a 48-hour cancellation notice in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. If cancellation is made within the 48-hour cancellation period, a 50% refund will be issued. (The weather condition refund does not apply here.)
Payments: We accept debit/credit, google pay, apple pay, and cash. No personal checks are accepted.
Insurance: We are currently covered with liability insurance to protect our renters, our equipment, and our business. With this in place, we are ready to serve our local businesses, schools, daycares, and any public events! We are covered to do it all!
Waivers: Prior to delivery, we will email a digital waiver that you can read, sign and submit. It's that easy! We also have hard copy waivers for those who do not have direct access to email.
